I reimagined a new dust jacket cover for my all-time favorite book, The Sound of a Wild Snail Eating, by the lovely Elisabeth Tova Bailey. The aim of this redesign was to appeal to a broader, younger audience and get the 2010 novel back on bookstore’s front shelves. (Everyone knows people still judge books by their covers!)

The cut-paper digital illustrations reflect the curiosity, whimsy, and zealousness for life that Bailey explores in her memoir.
